In March 2022, the obligation to have an Equality Plan implemented will also become effective for companies that have between 50 and 100 workers (while this obligation is already in force for companies with more than 100 workers).
The preparation and implementation of an Equality Plan is a complex task, which requires the collaboration and joint action of different departments of the company (including the social part) and the appropriate specialized external professional advice.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, failure to comply with obligations regarding equality plans and measures is a serious offense that may lead to sanctions for the offending companies.
